They are an authorized dealer for Custom Chrome, Drag, Part Unlimited, V-Twin & many other leading part suppliers and they offer accessories at discounted price. You will sit in a comfortable waiting area, leafing through the latest parts catalogues. Plus you can watch the service being performed on your bike.

Bikers Bay opened their first store in March of 2006 and Tim says “The growth of our customers has exceeded our expectations in all regards”. They are not only adding new stores but looking to expand their current operation by adding more Techs & doubling the space.

Tim made me smile when he said “The biggest source of our new customers has been from the Biker Information Guide & word of mouth. As a service shop all we have is our reputation and our customers are spreading the word. The biggest compliment they can get is “I was referred to you by my buddy that got his bike serviced here last week”.
The shop is owned by Tim Brewer and Carl Cook. Both have been riding bikes for over 25 years. Tim was a corporate executive that has established & built many successful companies and now decided to mix passion & business to start Bikers Bay. Carl or “TAZ” is a certified mechanic that has been wrenching on bikes & cars for 30 years. They are planning to open 3 to 5 more stores in the Phoenix area.
